We are always accepting new patients as we are able to. Although you may not see a new patient appointment available as soon as you’d like, we strongly encourage you to message us (text is best)! We can often accommodate your requests as the schedule is constantly changing. We take various health insurances, health savings accounts (HSA + FSA), self-pay (cash), and select personal injury/car accident cases.
We currently accept the following health insurance plans:
*An out-of-network provider simply means that we have not contracted with this insurance company for reimbursement at a negotiated rate. We can still accept your insurance plan if it has out-of-network benefits. There is often misinformation spread about out-out-network benefits so we encourage you to contact us with any questions.
Your chiropractic benefits will determine how much your co-pay will be, if anything at all. We are happy to help check your benefits. As a courtesy, we can check your chiropractic benefits by completing the form at the bottom of this page.
At LiveSmart Chiropractic, we believe in the value of chiropractic care and have worked hard on a fair pricing structure that allows for quality care and time spent with you. For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, we encourage you to speak with us directly. We never want cost to be an issue if you need care. Please contact us directly and we'll do our very best to figure out a happy solution.
Insurance
A variety of insurance plans are accepted in our office. Please note that we do not accept American Specialty Health (ASH) plans. Some major insurance companies (Blue Shield, Blue Cross, Cigna, etc) may contract out their Chiropractic services to ASH, but this isn’t always clear. Please contact us if you want to verify that we accept your specific plan. We also accept auto accident, personal injury and self-pay patients. Since there are so many plans that exist and coverage varies greatly, please contact us to find out if your plan covers chiropractic care in our office. We will attempt to verify your benefits before treatment so there are no surprises!
No Insurance? No Problem!
For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, many patients pay directly for care as our cash rate can often be similar to what your deductible, copay, and/or patient responsibility is. Many of our patients realize the value chiropractic care provides in their everyday life and find it to be helpful and more affordable than they think.
